The Nightforce Competition 15-55x rifle scope was created with one goal; to give competition shooters every conceivable advantage possible. The already lengthy list of world records that have been taken behind Nightforce riflescopes is sure to rapidly expand with the Competition riflescope.  Nightforce has added requested features such as Zero Stop and Hi-Speed adjustments of .125 MOA.  The Competition advantage includes a magnification range with 13x more magnification than the Benchrest and NXS, and boasts a 24% lighter body than the Benchrest and a 20% lighter body than the NXS, giving shooters additional room to add critical weight to their barrel while staying within weight restrictions. One of many advantages the Competition will give long range target shooters is the unprecedented clarity and resolution at 55x thanks to the fully multi-coated ED glass. There are countless high magnification scopes on the market that lose that crisp image with increased magnification, but the Competition stays true through the entire power range. With the additional 15 MOA of elevation travel, shooters can reach 1000 meters without the addition of a canted 20 MOA base that was previously needed on a majority of competition rifles.
