The Really Right Stuff Anvil-30 ARC with series 2 platform adapter is purpose-built for heavy equipment support from the ground up. Really Right Stuff added the dual clamp system that is able to clamp the dovetail standard and picatinny rails in the same unit. The R-Lock system adds unique safety-stop features which are built into both a mounting rail and quick-release clamp. The R-Lock system allows users to have multiple hard-stop positions. Really Right Stuff removed extra knobs/adjustment under-utilized in the industry. The Anvil ARC-30 is as rigid as a leveling base but articulates like the popular photography ballheads while minimizing the limitations of the system. This is a lightweight system, with heavy duty potential.
